The Sleaford Rugby Club improvement project is drawing to a close, with completion set for later this month.
What we achieved in September
- Completed excavation, kerbing and drainage on the east side of the A153, south of the bridge
- Completed the two central islands on the A153 and installation of traffic signals equipment
- Completed all surfacing, white lining and traffic signal loop installation
- Completed new street-lighting
- Completed landscaping, topsoiling and grass seeding
What's happening in October
- Re-open the A17/A153 junction fully with new traffic signals in operation
- Quality testing the surfacing materials

- Right-turn ban off of the A153 onto the A17
- Temporary two-way traffic signals during the commissioning of the new permanent traffic signal equipment
