Works on the second phase of Grantham's new relief road are steadily progressing.
What we achieved in December
- Continued drainage works to the western side of the scheme
- Completed piling works / started pile cropping and excavation works in preparation for concrete works for second half of new A1 bridge
- Continued earthworks across the entire site
- Carried out planing works and site clearance for signage installation on A1
- Continued Phase Three Anglian Water watermain diversion and BT ducting
- Continued post-excavation archaeological reporting
