From 13 September, the Collection Museum will be hosting yoga sessions to help you unwind and escape the daily work pressures.
Taking place in the museum, the sessions, run by esteemed local yoga instructor, Amanda Greenwood, will help you tune in to your breathing and move through a series of ancient yogic movements and poses – connecting you to the world around you.
Yoga instructor Amanda, comments: "No matter your age, experience or current fitness level, yoga really can be for everyone and every unique body. Come along, meet some like-minded people and explore something different in a really unique place."
Classes will run from 6pm – 7pm, on the following days:

- 20 September
- 27 September
- 4 October
- 11 October
- 18 October
