Help to make sure autistic people in Lincolnshire can live the life they want.
The Lincolnshire Autism Partnership Board (LAPB) is asking people for their views on how to make sure that the right support is provided at the right time. They are particularly keen to hear the thoughts of autistic people (both children and adults), their families, carers and professionals.
You can share your feedback via an online survey where you will also find a version specifically designed for younger people. The deadline for responses is 21 October 2021.
The feedback will be used to develop a new All Age Autism Strategy, ensuring autistic people and their families and carers are fully involved in its co-production. The strategy will identify the issues that stop autistic people from living the life they want and how to remove their worries and help them to feel included and heard.
Councillor Mrs Patricia Bradwell OBE, executive councillor for children's services at Lincolnshire County Council, said: "We want to hear about your experiences and ideas, so we can better understand what's important to autistic children and adults, and their families and carers, so we can work with local support groups, agencies and organisations to develop better support.
"Please complete our online survey to make sure your views are known, and help us make Lincolnshire a great place to live for autistic people."
