Visitors to Lincoln Christmas Market will have an extra treat to enjoy this year!
Each evening, from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 December, the Lincoln Castle will be illuminating its Medieval Wall Walk, offering spectacular views of the festivities taking place across the city.
Kimberley Vickers, castle manager, said: "The illuminated wall walk is a special addition to this year's Christmas Market, giving visitors another great reason to come and join in the festive fun.
"Each evening, you can experience magical views across the city, seeing it in a completely different light. It's an opportunity, not to be missed!"
You can tour the walls from 4pm to 9pm, Thursday to Saturday, and from 4pm to 6.30pm on the Sunday.
Tickets for the illuminated wall walk cost £8 for adults, £7 for concessions and £5.50 for children aged between 5 and 16 (under 5s are free). Family tickets (up to two adults and three children) are also available for £21.50.
The festivities will continue at Lincoln Castle with the return of the popular Christmas Emporium, which runs on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December, then returns from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 December.
