If you have received a penalty charge notice (PCN), you will have 28 days from the day it was issued to pay it or challenge it.
Your PCN will state whether it is £70 or £50.
It is reduced by 50 per cent if paid within 14 days.
In cases of non-payment, we will pursue the registered keeper.
You can also submit your challenge by email at lincolnshirenoticeprocessing@apcoa.com
You can also pay by telephone or speak to an advisor on 03300 883 732.
