Search the registers
We maintain registers of all common land and town and village greens in Lincolnshire.
To search these registers, you can:
- email highway_searches@lincolnshire.gov.uk
- call 01522 782070
- view them in person
We will send you a form and provide you with the current cost. If you come to look at the registers yourself, there is no charge.
The registers show if there are any common rights over the land and who the registered owner of the land is.
For each piece of land, there is a boundary map, plus a description of who registered it and when.
