Alternative travel options for people unable to access public transport in Lincolnshire.
The county council is currently developing a strategy to help promoting community transport, in response to the research report Rural transport and older people in Lincolnshire.
CallConnect is a public bus service that operates in response to a pre-booked request. The service is operated by fully accessible minibuses and operates between 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.
Community car schemes

Dial a Ride
An accessible minibus service for disabled people and the over-60s who cannot use public transport within six miles of Lincoln. It also operates a voluntary car scheme in other areas. A Shopmobility service, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walking frames and powerchairs can also be pre-booked.
Stamford community transport
An accessible community bus for group hire which also offers trips for those unable to access public transport. The scheme also operates a voluntary car scheme.
Wheels 2 Work
A scooter hire scheme which loans affordable 50cc or 125cc mopeds for those unable to get to work, education or training opportunities due to lack of a transport.
