1. Comments from The Chairman
2. Apologies for absence with reason given
3. Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
(Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form or put in writing to the Monitoring Officer at East Lindsey District Council)
4. To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)
5. To approve the notes of the Facilities Committee Meeting held on 2nd December 2020 as being a true record of the meeting
6. To review the following policies, and amend accordingly:
a) Communications Policy
b) IT & Social Media Policy
7. To consider the information regarding the car parking system to create a report and recommendation for Full Council for inclusion at the January meeting
8. To consider the proposed web sites to create a report and recommendation for Full Council

9. To resolve to adopt the new village planting contract
10. To confirm and resolve the final version of:
a) Grounds Maintenance Contract
b) Village Maintenance Contract
11. To resolve to adopt a new updated snow & ice plan to include route/s, staff/volunteers & method
12. To consider setting the date and time of the Facilities Committee meetings up to July 2021 as the first Wednesday in the month at 2.30pm as per the pre booked ZOOM schedule
