You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council Planning Committee, which will be held on Tuesday 12th January 2021 commencing at 2.45pm via zoom, which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 2.30pm.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. 

The official meeting will start at 2.45pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is the sooner. All Councillors should sign into the zoom meeting by 2.30pm.

1.    Chairman’s comments

2.    Apologies for absence with reason given.

3.       Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 (Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form or put in writing to the Monitoring Officer at East Lindsey District Council)

4.      To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)

5.    To approve the notes from the Planning Committee Meeting held on 1st December 2020 as being a true record of the meetings

6.    To consider and respond to planning application: S/215/02276/20 – ASHDOWN, CROMWELL AVENUE. Alteration to the existing bungalow to provide 10no. roof lights. 

7.    To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0122/20/TPA – WOODHALL SPA PINEWOODS, STIXWOULD ROAD.                          
W2 – Mixed conifer and broadleaved species – Fell.
T 13 Lime – Fell
T14 Horse Chestnut – Fell

8.    To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0001/21/TPA – FIVE OAKS, GREEN LANE. To maintain 5 trees at the location by lifting the crown. 

9.    To receive the East Lindsey District Council Planning application decisions made since the previous meeting:

S/215/02042/20 – Frieston House, 1 Victoria Avenue – Extension & alteration

S/215/01593/20 – 127, plot 6, Witham Road – Extension & alteration

S/215/01478/20 – 7 King Edward Road – Erection of a double garage

10.     To consider setting the date and time of the Planning Committees up to July 2021 as the first Tuesday in the month at 2.30pm as per the pre booked ZOOM scheduled set the date and time of the next Planning Committee meeting
