To deliver this service, we may need to share relevant details from your application with the appropriate District Council Licensing teams. Information is only shared when necessary and in accordance with the law.
Before starting the form, please have the following ready:
- A plan or drawing of the proposed layout
- The charity registration number
- Proof of Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million)
- A risk assessment
We recommend preparing these in advance, as you have only 20 minutes to complete each page before the session times out.
Booking notice:
- Allow at least 10 days’ notice for new bookings
- Bookings can be made up to 6 weeks in advance
