Property claims including vehicle damage
- vehicle make, model and mileage if the claim is for vehicle damage
- copy of the vehicle's MOT certificate covering the date of the incident
- photographs of the damage caused (files less than 2MB)
- two estimates for repair or all receipts and invoices (files less than 2MB)
Personal injury claims
- national insurance number and occupation
- if medical attention was required, details of when and where care was received
- details of treatment given and ongoing symptoms
