Registration appointments take place within Gainsborough Children's Centre which is located on Market Arcade.

This location is open on select days throughout the week. The office operates on an appointment only basis, drop in appointments are not available.

Please note that this is a Children's Centre and as such there may be family activities taking place with young children. If you wish to reschedule your appointment to a different office please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email. The next nearest office is Lincoln Register Office.
