'Levelling Up' works on the Springfield and Greencell roundabouts - Find a freedom of information request

I received a letter (dated 8th May 2023) this morning about the upcoming 'Levelling Up' works on the Springfield and Greencell roundabouts.

The letter fails to include any of the active travel improvements around the Springfields roundabout area mentioned here:

1a) Are these active travel improvements and the crossing facility enhancements on the roundabout going to be implemented during the works?

b) If so, do you have a link to the plans for these?

2) Also, do you have a link to the documentation/data justifying the reduced congestion and improved journey

time claims made in the letter?
 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

a) As part of the Springfield Roundabout improvements upgraded pedestrian crossings will be installed across all four arms of the roundabout, incorporating the use of the splitter islands.

b) Plans are still being developed but once completed will be uploaded on to the County Councils webpage, replacing the existing ones.
