Learning together toddlers 1 to 5 years - six week session starts 15April 

The session features a ‘talk time’ to show how the little things parents do make a big difference to their children’s learning, together with a range of fun play activities, songs and stories.

Let’s get active 0 to 5 years

Children will be encouraged to be active in a range of activities such as running, jumping, balancing, climbing and throwing to develop their coordination.

Speech and language drop in

Drop-in for parents and carers to chat with a speech and language assistant where they may have concerns about their child’s speech and language development.

Baby massage - starts 16 April for 5 weeks

This five-week course offers a chance for you and your baby to spend precious time bonding through massage whilst meeting other parents with babies to form friendships.

Tots and toys baby and toddler group

These sessions are run by the Earlesfield Community Church during term time only.

Pop in and play under 1s

An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the cafe area in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Thursdays

Multinational stay and play 0 to 5 years 

Fun activities for children and families to explore together, singing and sharing books to support children’s confidence, independence and language development. Supported by PAB Languages Limited (PAB).

Making it real - 18 April only 

During these sessions we will be sharing ideas that you can repeat at home to support your child's development.  Fun activities that you and your child can enjoy that will prepare them for the exciting journey to being ready for school.  These activities will include mark making fun, making the most of stories and rhymes, exploring environmental print and oral language.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Drop into any children’s centre to access the range of borrow bags.  These include sensory bags, stories bags, treasure baskets and much more.


Free online sessions for parents and carer

Connect with other parents and carers via Zoom and learn about topics relevant to families and children aged 0 to 5. Share ideas in how to support children’s early education and each other. Visit the Family Corner website.

Solihull approach - free online courses for parents, grandparents, teens and carers

The courses provide support through all stages of bringing up children, from pregnancy and birth to caring for toddlers up to teenagers. They include specific courses for teenagers, and for parents and carers of children with additional needs. Parents’ courses can be accessed via the Solihull approach website.


Targeted individual or group (family hub) incredible years baby 0 to 12 months

This parenting programme that covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby. 

It is recommended to gain the most from the course content that you sign up when your child is aged between 0 and 6 months old.

Targeted individual or group incredible years toddler 1 to 3 years

This 13-week parenting programme an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your child. For parents with children aged 1 to 3 years children. Please note that children are unable to attend, this is a parent only course. To book onto this course email swingbridgecc@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
