Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding
Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Solihull approach - free online courses for parents, grandparents, teens and carers
The courses provide support through all stages of bringing up children, from pregnancy and birth to caring for toddlers up to teenagers. They include specific courses for teenagers, and for parents and carers of children with additional needs. Parents’ courses can be accessed via the Solihull approach website.
Incredible years baby 0 to 12 months
This parenting programme that covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby.
It is recommended to gain the most from the course content that you sign up when your child is aged between 0 to 6 months old.

Incredible years toddler 1 to 3 years
This 13-week parenting programme an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your child. For parents with children aged 1 to 3 years children. Please note that children are unable to attend, this is a parent only course. To book onto this course email stgilesCC@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
