This five week course offers a chance for you and your baby to spend precious time bonding through massage whilst meeting other parents with babies to form friendships.

This evidence based parenting programme focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your child. For Parents with children aged one to three years. Please note that children are unable to attend, this is a parent only programme.
