This session will support children to become confident communicators through songs, rhymes, exploring and sharing books.

Paediatric First Aid - 23 February only
This course is ideal for anyone who cares for infants and children, such as parents, parents to be, guardians, grandparents or those who have an involvement with infants and children and want to learn key paediatric first aid skills. You will learn the roles and responsibilities of the emergency paediatric first aider and will be equipped with the skills needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, such as performing CPR and controlling external bleeding. Having a good understanding of emergency paediatric first aid is incredibly important for the safety of children and your own peace of mind. This is a 1 day course that we are offering to parents and carers who live in Lincolnshire. It is an adult only course with no babies or children in the learning environment.

Family Hubs - Universal Antenatal programme to support emotional health and wellbeing in the delivery of Solihull Approach groups for parents, with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions. A sensory and messy play session providing lots of fun-filled opportunities for babies to explore using their senses, giving them opportunities to learn, supporting their early development.

An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Breast Start from Pregnancy and Breastfeeding - 15 and 29 January, 12 and 26 February
Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.
This session alternates between Swingbridge Children's Centre and Belton Lane Children's Centre, please check dates before attending.
