The Early Days
This programme is for families attending the Children’s Centre for the first time with their new baby, where families can meet other new parents in a relaxed and friendly environment. The programme will provide the opportunity to make a variety of ‘keepsake’ items and a taster of what is on offer for you and your baby in your Children’s Centres.

Pop in and Play under 2s
An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Little Explorers 0 to 5 years
A sensory play session encouraging children to explore a range of messy play activities such as water, sand, crafts, gloop and play dough.

First Bites and Baby Life 3 to 6 months - 3 February only

Antenatal Education Programme, group for parents - starting 6 January for six weeks - held at Spalding Children's Centre
Family Hubs - Universal Antenatal programme to support emotional health and wellbeing in the delivery of Solihull Approach groups for parents, with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions. OWL Babies under 1s
Babies explore their environment through their senses which are vital for early brain development. These sessions will include discussions around baby’s brain development, the benefits of being outside, sensory play activities, singing and sharing books.
