An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Big Cook, Little Cook 0 to 5 years - starts 5 January

Children and parents will work together to prepare nutritious food. There will be lots of chopping, mixing, stirring, measuring, and following a recipe.

Learning Together Babies under 1s - starts 7 January

The session features a ‘Talk Time’ to show how the little things parents do make a big difference to their babies’ learning, together with a range of activities such as treasure baskets, messy play, singing songs and sharing books.

This session shares top tips from introducing solids, oral health, accident prevention and age-appropriate development. It’s a great opportunity to meet new families and find out what local services are available for your family.

Incredible Years Toddler (1 to 3 years) - starts 7 January

This 13 week parenting programme is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your child. For Parents with children aged 1 to 3 years. Please note that children are unable to attend, this is a parent only course.

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Family Hubs - Universal Antenatal programme to support emotional health and wellbeing in the delivery of Solihull Approach groups for parents, with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions.
