Pop in and Play 0 to 5 years
An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Baby Massage - starts 3 November
This five week course offers a chance for you and your baby to spend precious time bonding through massage whilst meeting other parents with babies to form friendships.

The session features a ‘Talk Time’ to show how the little things parents do make a big difference to their babies’ learning, together with a range of activities such as treasure baskets, messy play, singing songs and sharing books.

Family Hubs - Universal Antenatal programme to support emotional health and wellbeing in the delivery of Solihull Approach groups for parents, with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions. This session shares top tips from introducing solids, oral health, accident prevention and age-appropriate development. It’s a great opportunity to meet new families and find out what local services are available for your family.

The Early Days
This programme is for families attending the Children’s Centre for the first time with their new baby, where families can meet other new parents in a relaxed and friendly environment. The programme will provide the opportunity to make a variety of ‘keepsake’ items and a taster of what is on offer for you and your baby in your Children’s Centres.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding
Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Free online sessions for parents and carers
