Decision not to make a Modification Order on the grounds that the route is already recorded as a 3‑metre‑wide public bridleway by virtue of the Lincolnshire County Council (Addition of Glentworth Public Bridleway No. 1209 and Harpswell Public Bridleway No. 1209) Definitive Map Modification Order 2023, confirmed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 5 November 2025, which secured the status sought by the applicant.
