Increase in town services buses 2 and 2A in 2024 - Find a freedom of information request

1) Please would you be kind enough to let me have sight of whatever agreement, plan or proposal was drawn up between Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and Stagecoach for the increase in town services buses 2 and 2A in 2024, as reported at the following link:

I'm interested in any document/s which:

a) give details of the additional services

b) mention LCC's role as a partner in the scheme

a. In 2024 for the period of the summer timetable a new 15 minute frequency timetable was introduced between Skegness and Southview Leisure. In previous years the timetable had been half hourly. The route was also extended to cover the sea front and area to the south of the town including Drummond Road and Richmond Drive. For the winter period the service became half hourly, again an increase in the frequency from hourly in the previous winter.

b. Lincolnshire County Council is partners in this enhancement providing funding from the Department for Transports BSIP grant allocation.
