Children's specialist continence service
Children's Community Continence Service Transfer
From 1 August 2026, the Children's Community Continence Service will transfer from Lincolnshire County Council to Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS).
Families currently receiving support will continue to receive the care and continence products they need, and children awaiting support will not need to reapply. Relevant information will be securely transferred to LCHS to ensure continuity of care.
Families will be contacted directly where appropriate, and further information, including updated contact details, will be shared ahead of the transfer.
Referrals will not be accepted by us after 17 July 2026, for new referrals following this date please contact Lincolnshire Community Health Services.
