The government has now launched a consultation on Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) for Greater Lincolnshire. Four proposals have been put forward for our area, and you can give your views on the government website here: Consultation on Proposals for Local Government Reorganisation in Lincolnshire.
You can also find copies of all the proposals and get paper copies of the consultation at any council offices and in the main libraries in Lincolnshire. These are: Boston, Bourne, Gainsborough, Grantham, Horncastle, Lincoln Central, Long Sutton, Louth, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding, Stamford and Woodhall Spa.
The consultation closes on 26 March.
