Service planning and values

Our culture guides the way we approach our work and ensures that, as individuals and as teams, we are all able to provide everything we can towards our purpose of “keeping the communities of Lincolnshire safe and well.”

Our values and behaviours are described through our ‘THRIVE’ model which links into the Lincolnshire County Council values and the NFCC Core Code of Ethics.

For more information about our values, read THRIVE.

Forward planning and scrutiny

By law, we must publish:

  • an Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) covering a three-year time span.
  • an annual statement of assurance

The IRMP identifies risks to the community that we can do something about and our plans to reduce them.

View our IRMP for 2020 to 2024.

The statement of assurance shows that our finances, governance and operations have been subject to scrutiny.

Our community plan

Our community plan is underpinned by a thorough assessment of risk in our community risk profile.

Our community plan will be consistently reviewed throughout its lifespan and we welcome feedback and views from all our communities. Any feedback is welcomed and can be sent to communications@lincoln.fire-uk.org.
