Making and managing your booking
Once the system goes live, simply visit our website.
You'll choose:
- which Household Waste Recycling Centre you'd like to visit
- a suitable appointment time
- your vehicle details.
If you do not have internet access, you can call the Customer Service Centre who will be able to help make your booking.
What information will I need?
You'll need:
- your vehicle registration
- your postcode
- your email address or telephone number
- any permit details if required
Once you've made your booking you'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details.
