Improving attendance across Lincolnshire is a shared responsibility. No single school, local authority service, or voluntary organisation can achieve this in isolation.
However, through collective accountability, targeted support, and a comprehensive action plan underpinned by clear governance and robust monitoring arrangements, we will drive improvements in attendance and secure better outcomes for children and young people.
