NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

  1. An election is to be held for Park Electoral Division.
  2. The number of Councillors to be elected to the Electoral Division is one.
  3. Nomination papers must be delivered in person to the Deputy County Returning Officer, Electoral Services, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD between 10am and 4pm on any working day from the date of publication of this notice (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Friday 5 April 2024.
  4. Nomination papers may be obtained from the office of the Deputy County Returning Officer, Electoral Services, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during the days and times stated above.
  5. If an election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 2 May 2024.
  6. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the address shown below by 12 midnight on Tuesday 16 April 2024. Applications can be made online: www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
  7. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Wednesday 17 April 2024. Applications can be made online: www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote.
  8. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024.   9. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024. Some applications can be made online: www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote.
  10. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the address shown below by 5pm on Thursday 2 May 2024.

Election of a County Councillor for the division Grantham North

  1. NOMINATION PAPERS
    Nomination papers must be delivered by hand to the office of the Deputy Returning Officer, South Kesteven House, Civic Building, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham, NG31 6PY on any working day from the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm (excluding bank holidays), but no later than 4pm on Friday 13 October 2023. Please contact the elections team to make an appointment for the delivery of nomination papers on 01476 406080 or email to elections@southkesteven.gov.uk.
    Forms of nomination may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Returning Officer. Any request for nomination papers can be made by email to elections@southkesteven.gov.uk or telephone 01476 406080. Forms are also available to download at www.southkesteven.gov.uk/byelections.
