If you would like to offer government funded childcare and education places, you must register with us.

Register to deliver Early Years Entitlements

What happens next?

You must not start delivering funded places until you receive confirmation that you are registered to deliver EYE in Lincoln.

1. we will review your application within five working days
2. we will confirm that you are registered to deliver the EYFS, through Ofsted, the Independent Schools Inspectorate of a childminding agency
3. we will send you a copy of the Early Years Entitlements Provider Agreement and a bank details form by email
4. you sign and return the agreement signature page to confirm acceptance of the terms within the EYE Provider Agreement
5. you complete and return the bank details form via email
6. once approved, we will return a countersigned agreement and confirm your registration by email
7. you will be asked to create a profile on the Lincolnshire Family Services Directory to promote your business
8. you will then be given a secure login to access the EYE Hub to manage your monthly claim
9. you will be invited to attend two EYE training sessions, which can be booked through Eventbrite:
   - The Roles & Responsibilities of being an EYE Provider
   - Using the EYE Hub

Once registered, providers should contact the EYE team directly via EYE@lincolnshire.gov.uk to update setting contact details or make any changes to management or governance.
