Register to deliver Early Years Entitlements
What happens next?
You must not start delivering funded places until you receive confirmation that you are registered to deliver EYE in Lincoln.
- we will review your application within five working days
- we will confirm that you are registered to deliver the EYFS, through Ofsted, the Independent Schools Inspectorate of a childminding agency
- we will send you a copy of the Early Years Entitlements Provider Agreement and a bank details form by email
- you sign and return the agreement signature page to confirm acceptance of the terms within the EYE Provider Agreement
- you complete and return the bank details form via email
- once approved, we will return a countersigned agreement and confirm your registration by email
- you will be asked to create a profile on the Lincolnshire Family Services Directory to promote your business
- you will then be given a secure login to access the EYE Hub to manage your monthly claim
- you will be invited to attend two EYE training sessions, which can be booked through Eventbrite:

- Using the EYE Hub
Once registered, providers should contact the EYE team directly via EYE@lincolnshire.gov.uk to update setting contact details or make any changes to management or governance.
