- ensures the effective and efficient use of our shared resources
The projects will be:
- evidence-based
- time-limited
- specific
- based on the needs of our communities
This approach allows us to be fluid and agile.
As a partnership we will further develop our:

- communication and engagement strategy
These will be key deliverables during 2025 to 2026 to ensure that mobilisation of our updated approach:

- can evidence return on investment
- impact on our communities whilst retaining a consultative and collaborative methodology
