The report from Ofsted for the local area inspection report for SEND has now been published.
The Inspection report is based on the lived experiences of children and young people with SEND which is system made up of the local authority, ICB, health providers, schools, colleges and early years settings, Lincolnshire Young Voices and the Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum.
In the context of national challenges, we should be very pleased and proud of detail within the report and a number of elements celebrate the work of the local area partnership to date.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the inspection itself and for their contribution to evidence good practice and proving we know where we want to improve, particularly in a system that is under pressure locally, and more so nationally.
The already established inclusion strategy and workplan will be refreshed based on the recommendation of the report to ensure these are covered.
