What's on your mind?

What if your voice could help shape the place you live?

Let’s talk Lincolnshire gives you the chance to have your say. It is where local people share their views, suggest ideas and take part in conversations about the future of their communities.

From how we travel, to health and education, your experiences help shape decisions that affect everyday life across Lincolnshire. To make informed choices, we need to hear from people with different experiences, including people like you.

Last year, over 15,000 voices helped influence council priorities and services. Real people making real change.

For example, through Let’s talk Lincolnshire, you told us that children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) need more specialist support in mainstream education. In response, five new SEND hubs have been approved in schools across Lincolnshire. These will offer more places, smaller classes and trained staff. The rest of this £7m investment will help improve support locally by autumn 2026.
