Universal family support

Every family can benefit from advice, information and support at different times. The services below are available to all families in Lincolnshire and are free to access.

They offer practical guidance on parenting, child development, family wellbeing, activities for children and young people, and accessing local services. Families do not need a referral to use these services.

Family Hubs

Family Hubs provide a range of support for children, young people and families from pregnancy through to young adulthood.

They offer access to parenting advice, family support, health services, activities, SEND information, and guidance on a wide range of issues affecting family life.

Solihull approach – understanding your child

The Solihull Approach offers free online parenting courses designed to help parents and carers better understand their child's behaviour, emotions and development.

The courses provide practical strategies to support children's emotional wellbeing, strengthen relationships and build confidence in parenting.

Familiy Services Directory

The Familiy Services Directory is an online directory of services, activities and support available across Lincolnshire.

It includes information on childcare, children's centres, SEND services, youth activities, health and wellbeing support, financial advice, community groups and many other local services to help families find the right support when they need it.
